Bahamian Writer/Director Gustavius Renwick will be a panelist at The Caribbean Economic Development Encounter sponsored by Caribbean Research Center, School of Liberal Arts & Education, UNIPOP and Medgar Evers College on October 8, 2015.

The purpose of the Economic Development Encounter is to bring together representatives of universities, institutes, the proponents of Master Plans for self-help and sustainable economic development already started by poor communities of African and Indigenous descent in Central America, and potential Diaspora investors, to participate in a Caribbean Basin Self-Help Initiative.

Master Plan components include:

  • Agriculture, Fisheries and Forest Environment
  • Community Multi destination Historical, Cultural and Health Tours
  • Collective Nat'l Business Participation in Art Culture and Media
  • Affordable Accredited Distance Learning for new businesses and talented poor.
